The American delegation is represented by more than 100 pastry and kitchen chefs.
Jean-Louis Gerin became the new president of the US delegation on June 06 2010, succeeding the great Jean-Jacques Dietrich who served the A.C.F. for 32 years. In his acceptance speech, Jean-Louis announced his desire to open the Académie to American chefs, male and female, who have been trained by French chefs.
Jean-Louis’ first board-team comprises 2 pastry chefs, 3 French chefs de cuisine and 2 American chefs de cuisine.

Académie culinaire de France - Australie

The Academie Culinaire de France Australia is an Association of professionals from the Culinary Arts (les métiers de la bouche) comprising mainly chefs, pastry chefs, master chocolatier and artisan bakers.
ACDF in Australia is based in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide and currently has 34 members. Our members are executive chefs in leading hotels or restaurants, entrepreneurs, executive pastry chefs, master chocolate makers and master bakers, teachers from the TAFE colleges in the food & hospitality trade. Each and every of our 35 members are totally devoted to the Culinary Arts.
The ACDF Australia was created in Melbourne in 1993 by the late Philippe De France.

Vatel Club Mexico

El Vatel Club está dirigido por un Comité, Presidentes de los Capítulos Mexicano, de Repostería, y de Servicio que abarca todas las profesiones que no sean de cocina directamente.
Adicionalmente, existen capítulos regionales en varios estados de la República donde se llevan a cabo diversas actividades bajo los mismos objetivos y atendiendo a las necesidades locales.
Entre las actividades del Club Vatel se destacan los congresos, seminarios, concursos, publicacion de revistas y la participación en feria más importante de proveedores de la industria turística; Abastur.
